The Cheviot House is an intimate event venue. It holds 40 people seated. There is no dance floor. When you click, "Request to Book" you'll be submitting your event for approval.

Once the event is approved you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit, which is 50% of the total price in order to hold you date. You must pay your deposit to hold your date. You'll receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay your deposit. 

**If you have not paid the deposit within 24 hours, the date is reopened and is no longer held for your event.** The deposit is necessary to hold the date of your event.
